Can I modify my schedule?
Certainly! You have the freedom to alter your dates twice without any additional fees, provided a notice of at least 45 days in advance.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For events rescheduled within 45 days, there will be a requirement for full payment, particularly regarding perishable expenses. Nevertheless, we strive to collaborate closely with you!
How do you handle billing?
Initially, a down payment of 50% is essential, followed by the final payment of the remaining 50% due 24 hours before your event.
How can I manage guest invitations?
Within our user-friendly online platform, you’ll find a section dedicated to “Invites”, which you or we can easily oversee.
Can I get a receipt for my donation?
Certainly. Please reach out to our support team and provide your donation reference number.
